We offer a Stretch, Strength & Conditioning class designed for Dancer aged 10 years+. This class is specifically created to maximize knowledge and increase the ability of flexibility and maximize mobility specific to dance. Learning exercises to prevent injury and tools to gain the most effective way to keep your dance body and mind happy and healthy! Taught by Melissa Bosomworth, our resident Half Day Program Stretch and Conditioning coach, makes learning fun, safe and teaches in a safe and encouraging environment! We are delighted to offer this class in our regular schedule!
