Acro is a unique blend of dance technique and acrobatics. It is very athletic and develops flexibility, balance, strength, muscle control, discipline and concentration. Incorporating this form of training into a dancers foundation of steps is a great way to expand their talents and abilities. This is a high energy and focused class where students will train safely to learn to tumble, flip and balance acrobatically while using dance techniques.
